Update Subscription to RTG Bills/RTG Timer Online

Subscriptions to RTG Bills Online and RTG Timer Online are handled by PayPal. You can easily update the credit card used to pay for your subscription.

Go to the PayPal Web site

Personal Account

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
   
   
2. Click Wallet at the top of the page.
   
   
3. Select the card to change or choose Link a card to add a new one.
   
   
4. Enter your information and save it.

Business Account

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
   
   
2. Click on your name in the upper-right corner, then choose Account Settings from the drop-down list.
   
   
3. In the left-hand column, choose Money, banks and cards.
   
   
4. Wait for the right-hand column to be refreshed. You can "link" (i.e., add) a new bank or a new card here. Remove any old cards.
   
   
5. Scroll down to Automatic payments and click the button, Set Automatic Payments.
   
   
6. You should see a list of automatic payments and RTG Data Systems should be among them. Choose Manage Funding Sources.
   
   
7. On the Manage Funding Sources page, you can choose your preferred payment method.
