Subscribe to RTG Timer Online

RTG Timer Online lets you enter fees and expenses from any Internet-connected computer using your Web browser.

RTG Timer Online lets you enter fees and expenses when you are out of the office. You still need RTG Bills to enter clients, matters, timekeepers, billing rates, and codes, and to prepare your client bills. Or, for a completely online solution, try RTG Bills Online.

RTG Timer Online is a subscription service. You pay a monthly fee to access the service over the Internet. If you prefer, you can pay for a full year in advance and receive a discount.

Prices are shown below. They vary depending on the number of users.

If your firm has not yet taken advantage of our 30-day free trial, click here.

If you are currently enjoying our 30-day free trial, subscribe now to continue access beyond the end of the trial period. You will be charged the amount shown in the table now, and you will be charged the same amount again for each subsequent month. Each time we receive a payment, we will advance the expiration date of your subscription by one month.

You can save money with an annual subscription. You will receive a discount equal to one month's fee.

Beyond six users, each additional user is only $3 per month.

Firm ID
When your firm signed up for the 30-day free trial, the firm was assigned a Firm ID. You will need to enter the Firm ID in Step 3.

The Supervisor for the firm can see the Firm ID on the Supervisor Menu in RTG Timer Online, so ask that person for the number if you don't have it.

User Names
Users who participated in the 30-day free trial will already have a User Name to enter below. Other users should enter a proposed User Name, subject to acceptance by RTG. You will need to enter User Names in Step 3.

The User Name must be from 6 to 30 characters long, and it may contain any combination of letters and digits, but no other characters.

Invalid User Names:
jimS (must be at least 6 characters)
J. Smith (period and space are not allowed)
J_Smith (underscore is not allowed)
J-Smith (hyphen is not allowed)
O'Connor (apostrophe is not allowed)
ItWasTheBestOfTimesItWasTheWorstOfTimes
  (more than 30 characters)

Allow 48 Hours
Please allow up to 48 hours for RTG to process your subscription.

If you are signing up for the first time, we will send you an email message with your User Name, a temporary password, and a link to the sign-in page for RTG Timer Online.

These steps are not automated, so please don't expect anything to happen immediately after you subscribe.
