Q: My Data Location for RTG Bills is a mapped drive, like this: S:\Public\Rtgbills. Why do I get a message that the drive is unavailable?

A: Unfortunately, Windows 10 seems to have created this type of problem.

We suggest that you use the UNC name of the storage location, like \\Server\Public\Rtgbills\, instead of a mapped drive letter. Type that in (Browse doesn't work) when the installer asks for the Data Location.
