Q: Can I use one copy of RTG Bills for more than one law firm?

A: Each RTG Bills license lets you use the software on one computer or network. The license does not restrict the number of users or the number of firms.

However, RTG Bills was primarily designed to handle a single firm. To use RTG Bills for more than one firm, you need to create a separate RTG Bills database for each firm, in a different folder on your hard disk. You must also create a separate program folder for each firm.

If you wish, you can purchase separate licenses for each firm so that RTG Bills can display different firm names when it starts up.

When installed correctly, different icons can start different copies of RTG Bills or RTG Timer. It requires some computer expertise to set it up. See More than one firm in RTG Bills.
