How to order RTG Bills & RTG Timer

If you are ordering RTG Bills and RTG Timer for the first time:

If you haven't already done so, download RTG Bills and install it. You will have a 45-day free trial period to evaluate the software.

Before the free trial period ends, purchase a license key for $95 so you can continue to use RTG Bills and RTG Timer.

Elimination of reduced-price upgrades for RTG Bills
As of May 15, 2023 we no longer offer a reduced-price upgrade to RTG Bills V2.27 from older versions.

If you already have RTG Bills Version 2:

Although you can download RTG Bills at any time, you will need a new license key if the version number has changed. See Upgrading RTG Bills. You do not need a new license when the letter after the number changes.

RTG Bills license key only: $95

If you have installed RTG Bills and RTG Timer already for the 45-day free trial, all you need is a license key for RTG Bills so you can continue to use RTG Bills after the end of the trial period.

After your order is approved, we will create your personalized license key and email it to you. This process is not automatic. It may take up to two days, but usually it happens much faster than that.

RTG Timer licenses: $15 each

You always get one free RTG Timer license. If you have more than one timekeeper, you may want additional RTG Timer licenses.

Additional information.
Your order will be processed on a secure server by PayPal. RTG does not get your credit card information. (Note: You do not need a PayPal account.)

Be sure to enter the name of the licensed user in the License To box. We use this information to create a license key for you, so please enter it carefully.

Important: Unfortunately, the email message containing license information is sometimes mistaken for junk mail. Please check your spam folder before you ask why we didn't send it.

PayPal offers the option of paying by eCheck. However, we cannot send your license information until the check clears, which takes 3 to 5 business days. Choose a different option if you need the license information quickly.
